Often times, people purchase heater parts by guessing which part their heater needs to try to make their heater work. We do not accept returns for such heater part purchases.

Please note that Eastway Sales is unable to diagnose your heater over the phone or by e-mail. If you want Eastway Sales to diagnose your heater, please bring it to our shop so we can evaluate it and administer our testing on it.
HOW TO ORDER
To order part(s) or radiant(s), please call us at (713) 674-6087 during our business hours (9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., Monday – Saturday). Please have a list of the part(s)/radiant(s) (by description and part number) that you want to purchase when you call. If you have a Dearborn heater, please also make sure you have the model number when you call. After giving us the list of items, you want to purchase, we will estimate shipping charges (depends on size of box, weight and distance the box travels) and provide you with your total. We will ask for your credit card number, expiration date and 3-digit CVV code, as well as your shipping address.
Your package will ship out within 2 business days via one of the following methods:
Small Packages Less than 1 Pound – USPS First Class Mail
Packages More than 1 Pound – USPS Priority Mail
Large Packages - UPS
Eastway Sales will mail your purchase to you by the most cost effective way possible. The cost depends on the weight of the box, the size of the box and distance from our shop to the box's destination.
